Scope of Work: Social Media Content Creation and Management

 

Objective: Enhance Client social media presence by creating and managing engaging content across various social media platforms. The contractor will be responsible for developing a content strategy, calendar, creating high-quality content, and managing social media accounts to increase brand awareness and engagement.

 

Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with [Your Company Name]'s goals and target audience.

• Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.

• Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.

• Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly to engage with the audience.

• Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and voice.

 

Pricing:

The contractor will be compensated at a rate of $45 - $55 per hour.

Hours will be pre-negotiated and agreed to in writing prior to each work order.

 

Deliverables:

• A detailed social media content strategy document.

• A monthly content calendar with scheduled posts.

• High-quality content for social media platforms for multiple posts per week.

• Monthly performance reports with analysis and recommendations.

 

Communication:

All communication and instructions will be provided by the Chief Marketing Office.

 

Timeline:

This is a long-term engagement with hours to be pre-negotiated for each work order.

 

Work Order Invoicing

Contractor work orders will be documented and agreed to via the company’s internal SharePoint.  This documentation will include pre-established hours, payment, and details about the deliverables.
