Our Story
We didn’t launch The Corporate Yuppie out of love for corporate America—we did it because we know how to win there. After years leading billion-dollar results, we learned this: Fortune 500 strategies work for any business, if you know how to adapt them. That’s what we do.
We deliver enterprise-level strategy to small businesses, mid-markets, and public sector teams ready to scale. As a women-owned firm, we’re not a cookie-cutter agency, we’re your growth partner, backed by a network of proven specialists.
You get one point of contact, top-tier results, and zero hassle. We vet and manage the right talent, so you don’t have to. We’re here to build solutions that last, not to consult you to death.
How We Work
Traditional agencies don’t solve real business challenges, they sell one-size-fits-all answers. You need specialists, not more headaches. That’s where we come in.
With The Corporate Yuppie, you get one account manager, a unified strategy, and a handpicked team. Creative, operational, and technical, matched to your needs. No vendor chaos. No overpriced, generic solutions. Just results.
Jolene Blackwood
CEO, Co-Founder
I didn't leave the Fortune 500 boardroom because I couldn't succeed there—I left because I saw a better way to use what I'd learned. For over 15 years, I've mastered corporate strategy, digital transformation, and sales leadership; managing client portfolios worth over $10 billion. I've led high-performing teams, executed complex initiatives, and delivered the kind of results that make executives a lot of money. But the more success I had, the more I noticed something troubling: the strategies that worked at enterprise scale were completely out of reach for the businesses that needed them most.
There was the idea: The Corporate Yuppie. I wanted to build something different, a company where expertise doesn't come with arrogance, where success doesn't require sacrificing your people, and where the best strategies are accessible to businesses of every size. You don't have to choose between what's best for the business and what's best for the people. There's a better way to scale, and we know how. My work is about translating boardroom power into real-world solutions and proving that putting people first isn't just the right thing to do, it's the smartest business strategy there is.
